Community & Institutional Network

CourtBloom works through a growing network of municipalities, schools, extended-learning programs, universities, community organizations, and local businesses to expand access to youth tennis, physical activity, mentorship, and community connection across New Hampshire.

Our approach

We build programs inside the institutions children and families already know — public recreation systems, schools, after-school networks, colleges, housing communities, and local organizations.

Institutional network

One mission. Different roles.

CourtBloom's network is intentionally multi-sector. Some partners host programming. Some connect us with students or families. Others provide food, resources, facilities, professional pathways, or institutional support.

Relationship labels reflect the role each organization currently plays. Developing, coordinating, and onboarding relationships are identified separately from established program-delivery relationships.

Network strategy

Build access into the community itself.

CourtBloom's goal is not simply to operate isolated clinics. We build recurring youth-development programming into schools, recreation systems, extended-learning programs, and community institutions.

That model reduces the distance between families and opportunity. Children can encounter CourtBloom where they already learn, play, live, and spend time after school.

A broader institutional network also creates pathways for volunteers, college students, high school students, local businesses, and community organizations to contribute in ways that match their own strengths.

Partnership model

There is more than one way to be part of the network.

CourtBloom structures partnerships around what each institution can contribute and what the local community needs.

Host programming

Schools, municipalities, recreation departments, and community organizations can host recurring CourtBloom programs.

Connect families

Housing organizations, healthcare partners, schools, and community groups can help families discover free local programming.

Create pathways

Colleges and high schools can build practicums, internships, ELOs, volunteer placements, and youth-development experiences with CourtBloom.

Support access

Businesses and community supporters can provide meals, equipment, resources, sponsorship, and other support that reduces barriers for families.

One standard across every relationship.

Join the network

Build something lasting in your community.

CourtBloom welcomes conversations with schools, municipalities, recreation departments, universities, extended-learning programs, housing organizations, businesses, healthcare organizations, and other community institutions interested in expanding access for children and families.
