CourtBloom Community, Inc. is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors committed to expanding access to youth tennis and community-based development opportunities. The Board provides strategic oversight, fiduciary stewardship, and long-term leadership, while day-to-day operations are led by the Executive Director under authority delegated by the Board.

Sylvie Couture

Board Chair

Sylvie Couture serves as Chair of the Board for CourtBloom Community, Inc. She brings a strong background in elder care and hospice services, having spent much of her career supporting individuals and families through important stages of life. After years of serving older adults, Sylvie is passionate about investing in the next generation and helping children learn, grow, and thrive.

Grant Workman is the Executive Director of CourtBloom Community, Inc., where he leads organizational strategy, community partnerships, fundraising, program development, and day-to-day operations under the oversight of the Board of Directors. He cares deeply about expanding access to high-quality youth development opportunities and create lasting impact for children and families throughout New Hampshire.

Grant has spent more than twelve years teaching and leading youth tennis programs across New Hampshire, New England, Texas, and other regions of the United States. His experience spans schools, camps, community organizations, recreation programs, and private facilities, with a focus on creating positive, structured, and confidence-building environments for young people.

Throughout his career, Grant has served in leadership roles with organizations including Bad Dawg Tennis, Advantage Kids, and Gilford Hills Tennis & Fitness. These experiences helped shape CourtBloom's philosophy of accessible programming, age-appropriate instruction, character development, and long-term community impact.

A New Hampshire native and graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Grant combines his background in youth development, technology, and organizational leadership to build sustainable programs that help children develop confidence, healthy habits, meaningful relationships, and a lifelong love of learning and physical activity.
